It Wednesday again so that means the start of a new Fab 'n' Funky challenge

The DT were very lucky to be able to choose digi from Saturated Canary to used for this challenge. I have seen this image a couple of times so knew straight away that I wanted to make a card with her.

DT card for Ladybug Crafts - Monochrome

First of all I would like to send all my best wishes to my American buddies affected by the storm. My thoughts are with those whose lives have been affected by the devastation. 

Well, can you believe it, today is the first of November!
So, the good news is that means the start of a new Ladybug Crafts Challenge
This month our theme is another one of my favourites:

DT Card for Joanna Sheen Challenge - Silhouettes

Good Morning to you all my wonderful friends and blogging buddies
I really do hope that you are all having a good weekend.
Its a cold but gloriously sunny morning here on the South coast of England.

Today is the start of a new Joanna Sheen Challenge. Our theme for the next 2 weeks is
Silhouettes 
as usual the wonderful prize is a £15 voucher to spend in the Joanna Sheen online shop.

Now, you will see that my card is not really in the traditional silhouette style. The reason for this is I was sent some fabulous Joanna Sheen Knitting Rubber Stamps 
which I was determined to make fit the theme. So I heat embossed them to create the butterfly silhouette. Luckily for me the rest of the design team agreed that my was fine for the challenge (although looking on the challenge blog mine sticks out like a sore thumb!)

DT card for Stampin' for the Weekend Challenge - Anything Goes

Yippee, it's Friday. Nearly the weekend and it's half term next week too, I love having the children at home.

 Well, today is the start of a new Stampin' for the Weekend Challenge.

So onto my card, which I made for my gorgeous daughter who was 17 last week. She is such a special young lady in every way so I wanted her card to be special too.

I had great fun making this one.  It is an easel card with a drawer into which I put some yummy chocolates.

DT card for Lili's Little Fairies - A Girly Christmas

I hope you are all having a good week.

Today is the start of a new challenge over at Lili's Little Fairies and the theme this time is

A Girly Christmas  Card

The prize for the lucky winner is the 2 new Lili of the Valley Gorgeous Oriental Stamps Aimi and Cho .


Last week I was very lucky to win  the lovely Donna's blog candy. Inside my wonderful parcel, crammed full of crafty goodies, was the sweet Lili of the Valley stamp that I used on today's card. It was so much fun to colour.

So here's my card, I was in my element with this one -combining 2 of my favourite themes!
I added loads of glitter to my snowflakes and Stickles on all the layers, it's a shame you cannot see the sparkle on my pictures!
